Engineered Beam:

The engineered beam drops the deck height close to 4" and reduces the weight of the overall trailer by a couple of hundred pounds. The neck is also redesigned and built with a large radius instead of a sharp I beam corner, like the standard neck. This radius includes a built in winch plate, helping to pull up your load and distributes the weight evenly through the neck instead of the pressure on the corner and eliminates the chance of cracking or neck failures. The engineered beam frame and neck are made out of laser cut sheet metal and welded on a robotic welder cell, instead of the traditional I beam frame used on the standard frames.
